A bill to amend the Oregon Constitution to protect the right to hunt, fish, trap and harvest wildlife and to employ traditional methods for doing so has been introduced.

HJR 13
Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution establishing right to hunt, to fish, to trap and to harvest wildlife, and to use traditional methods to hunt, fish, trap and harvest wildlife.
Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.

So.... Does "establishing right to hunt" mean One can feed their family without asking the Gubberment for permission again like the old-old days? Doubt it...

Or does "and to use traditional methods" give our already asinine Gub more power to restrict firearms, calibers, ammo and even "ethical shot distance" by opinion? Probably....

I smell a rat.
