Last is a Franchi SPAS folding stock 12 gauge semi auto (and pump) shotgun. It also comes with the arm hook. Very good condition! Runs flawlessly.

No, it is considered a "firearm". As it is now, you can purchase it by passing a standard background check through an FFL.
