I am in Washington State so I know they passed a ban on NEW firearms with threaded barrel but can I purchase a second hand pistol with a threaded barrel? Specifically h&k usp 45 tactical. Would a used handgun be considered preban?

Your best bet would be to buy a gun that's not threaded and add a threaded barrel.

There is couple good deals on a pistol I have wanted but they are both tactical models with threaded barrels in Oregon. I cant find this particular hand gun in Wa in or around my area. The search continues. I dont really care about having the threaded barrel, I wanted the good deal hahaha
