Thoughts: Glock 27 & Suggestions: .38sp/.357

Thanks everyone..great advice and many ideas! I held a Ruger LCR in .357 today...felt real comfortable but still undecided!

I just bought a S&W 686+ after considering both it and the Ruger GP100. I liked the trigger and the looks better, and got a decent deal on it. I recommend it very highly. That said, the GP100 is a fine gun as well, and will save you some money. My brother has a Ruger SP101 (if you are looking at something smaller) and I like it. I haven't shot any other snubby revolvers, so I can't weigh in yet.

So many options...so little cash! Yea I was looking also at the SP101 in .357 snubby. Nice to have the option to conceal carry.

I think I need to focus on what I want to spend and narrow it from there.
