I've sold my full auto Thompson sub-machine gun and have no need to keep these drum anymore.
Type "L" 50 rd drum is marked "Auto-Ordnance Corp Bridgeport, Connecticut for 1928 model" has the "U" stamp and was contract made by the Universal Metal Stamping Co.
I didn't try using this drum, as I was told it was from WW2, since I mainly used stick mags and another 50 rd drum, I didn't see any need to.
Comes with a reproduction green canvas carrier pouch.
