Yes those rifles are guaranteed to shoot 1 moa and I'm pretty sure they come free floated from the factory. Very accurate rifles for the money.

Yes it's free floated not sure about the guarantee but shooting at 50yds with American gunner 140gr I was able to get all 5 shots touching the same hole.
