Taurus 738 TCP .380 - black w/stainless slide
Comes with box, keys, manual, 2 mags, bulldog holster, Taurus locking hardcase (from a different compact Taurus) and Unlce Mikes pocket holster.
Only flaw is a minor scratch i made with a screwdriver when removing the take-own pin for cleaning.

Tried to get an angle that would show the blemish on the frame, it's pretty small and i had trouble getting the light just so that you could see it:
