These are very nice scopes (made in Japan with Japanese glass). The quality
of this scope has no relation to what Tasco optics eventually became.

It comes with a long sun shade and a removeable large range estimation focus wheel.
The reticle has very fine crosshairs with very small dot in the center.

It's great for target shooting (I used it for .22LR long range contests).

It also is a
favorite of airgun target shooters because of it's ranging wheel and ability to withstand
the rigors of the airgun recoil (worse than a .308 on a scope, really).

It's also used for long-range varmint hunting.

It's in very good shape for it's age (several nicks on the black finish but nothing
serious). It's completely functional.
