Looks like USGS has it at 4.2 4.4 (They upgraded it). I can nearly see the area it was from my house. First solid quake I have felt in Oregon. Every time there is any significant quake here, I am traveling.

We had long (30-45 sec maybe) side to side rattling of stuff on my desk followed by single up and down wave that sounded like the window moved up then down (less than 1 second).

Up here just south of PDX. I'd barely woke up and never felt a thing. Wifey had been up, and was likely on the deck with coffee and a smoke, and never said anything. Weird.
We'd felt one 25 years or more ago that woke us up. Thought it was a big truck going by in front of the house. But hanging plants were swinging still when I got up and went in the kitchen.
