Supreme Court Rules Trump Cannot Be Kicked Off!

Notice that it was 9-0.

There were other good reasons to overturn, but they chose the ultimate one - only Congress has the power.

No state court can go against this on a technicality, because the ultimate power is higher than theirs.

Done deal!
