So I'm sitting here and just got to thinking about the events that have happened in the last 10 weeks.
As some of you may know I was in a massive car accident that almost took the lives of myself, my girlfriend and my puppy. We're all 3 VERY lucky to see the sun rise in the mornings. We should NOT be here. NOBODY thought we were gonna survive our injuries, but somehow we did.
With that being said, we had firearms in my truck. We both had our CC guns on us plus an AK in the passenger seat. (Basically wedged between me and her) The sheriff's office seized all 3 weapons. After my 6 days in ICU and coming home for a couple days we were able to get a hold of them and get our guns back. It was actually VERY easy and they were super cool. But here's my question. I own multiple silencers, none of which were with us that day. But if they had been, how difficult would it have been to get everything back? Would it be as simple as just showing them the stamps and taking possession? Anyone been in a situation where a class 3 "firearm" was taken and had to try to retrieve it???
I don't know......I'm just sitting here thinking about everything.......ppbbbbbbbbbbt......

They would have to, or you could sue the feck out of them. I assume if it happened in Portland or Olympia, they'd store them in a damp basement and do what they could to delay the return a bit. :D
