You need to sand the rounded part of the trigger a little more, not to much. Just a little. Should be up and running once done.
So the drum and lever I got from a member here, cut trigger off of DNT.

Hand cycling it does activate, drum does rotate as it should. Live fire however, after one shot the trigger will not reset.

*DNT trigger is properly cut and rounded.
*Tried free lever and adding the ear bud to center it.. no difference
*Smoothed the top of the lever as per suggestion online (again not a factor yet as it's not resetting the trigger)
*Trimmed upper as suggested online
*FA BCG

I'm truly at a loss as to why it will not reset.
One by one I have tried all the suggestions, I've taken them out and added them to see if one was the culprit.. so far none of those seem to be the factor in the trigger not resetting.

Heavy H3 buffer, however this really isn't a factor until it cycles more than one round.

. In super safety mode, does the trigger feel hard like its almost in safe? If so sand the left hand side where its rounded on the trigger a little more. might also be a touch to wide on that side, ive seen that too. Another thing to look at. it's a common thing and you will feel dumb. Make sure the lever is pointing to the rear toward the buffer. facing forward it will pass all checks etc but not catch the bolt

Copy that, I'll look at that tonight
