Looking to buy a Steyr m1912 (aka Hahn), specifically the Austrian police variants, the "08" models.

Overall condition isn't really important to me, if anything I like them to look a bit beat up. I prefer good bores however as this will be a shooter.

Looking to pay 900-1100 depending on condition. Yes, they are listed higher on gunbroker but those have sat for months, the only ones that have sold recently have been around 1k.

I'm South of Seattle, willing to travel pretty much anywhere if it's a good deal, though would obviously prefer local. We can work out who pays transfer fee and possibly shipping, (if it's far I don't want to go back out after the waiting period).

If this is an out of state purchase, I will either meet with you in person, and do the transaction to see it shipped off, (most likely OR or ID) or we can do an online transaction. I would prefer to use an Escrow service like GunTab, or possibly have the gun "consigned" through an FFL, that I can buy it from. I just don't want to send some money through PayPal and have you ignore me once it goes through. Though if it's an established member of the community I might reconsider.

Please include photos of the pistol, particularly the German proof markings on the frame, "08" marking on the slide, and proof mark on the barrel, as evidence of it being converted. A light down the bore would be appreciated too.
