Steel case ammo oxidizing

I just opened a case of tula steel cased 7.62 I bought last year and see that surface rust is just beginning if you look closely, I keep it stored in the bedroom so there is no reason it should be where it was stored

other than go shooting more often, any remedy?

O2 absorbers in a .mil ammo can. wear gloves when handling the loose rounds so salt doesn't transfer to the steel.
