Stairs.

Stuck in the office today. Well, Need to move around! 14 Stairs 3 times each = 42 steps.
10 flights of stairs = 420 steps. Nice, paid to train. Be well.

hello yea, if you've got it available to you. i don't... but i've considered heading down town to the US Bancorp Tower, filling up the ruck with water bottles, and doing laps on the stairs. 42 stories, man..

i should add, since the topic is stairs, that for a while, i was trying to hit up the famous hidden stairs of portland... p-town has many long public stairwells, some with as many as 200+ steps.. i'd keep a running list of the bigger ones, and any time i found myself near one, make time to do a few laps.

stairs rock- and they sure beat the stairmaster.

google "portland hidden stairs," and you should get a bunch of different lists. here's some good ones, i think i've done most or all of these. they're all on the west side.. there's also several cool sets and circuits in Alemeda, and a pretty good set on Mt. Tabor, off the top of my head.
