1. I have read and accept the classified system rules and terms of service.

My neighbor's husband passed recently and I offered to help sell her late husband's Smith & Wesson Model 650. Here's what I know:

- Chambered in 22WMR
- 3" barrel
- 6 round capacity
- Sat in a cloth bag in a bedside table for likely decades.
- Unsure if ever fired, but I suspect it hasn't
- Gun is in excellent condition, with some minor dirt and such on the rubber handle that can be easily cleaned.
- Doesn't have original box, papers, tools, etc.
- Comes with a full box of 50 rnds of 22WMR, 100 rnds 22LR, and a nylon holster.

I do know these revolvers are collectable and somewhat rare, which is why I'm listing this at $1,000. If I'm way off base I'll adjust expectations.

I live in NE Portland and will need to meet at a local FFL, along with the owner of the gun, Barbara. Again, I'm just helping facilitate the transaction - as this kind of thing is very outside of her wheelhouse. Buyer to pay FFL fees. Shipping is not available.

You are in the ballpark, price wise.
Do you have the .22LR cylinder for the gun?

You said there was some .22 LR ammo.
Did he have another .22?
If not, that makes me think a .22 LR cylinder may be lurking in the shadows, or the sock drawer.

I'll ask if there's an extra cylinder somewhere, as that would make sense given the box of .22 LR. But in all likelihood, it is long gone.
