Tanfoglios are sweet! I bought a cheaper version in the Sar k12 sport x. Most accurate gun I had shooting fast until I tried the grand power X-caliber. K12 has a really sweet single action trigger but longer reset that some folks may not like. Grand power rotating barrel guns are well known in Europe competition circles but relatively unknown in the US.Wanna get out of the box?

Not knowing much of anything 10 or so years ago, and seeing this in a gun rag, I ordered one at Keith's. It's pretty nice gun and I can hit a 10" steel at 80 yards from rest. Back then it was just a few $$ over a grand. $1,009.00 if I recall correctly.
X caliber match version videos fyi. Most say that out of the box is as good as a modded out shadow2. I can't say as I've never shot them head to head.
For a cheaper alternative the old version (mark 12) of the Excalibur is $579. I'm very happy with it. Hell the old version of the compact (striker fired with irons) q1 is $300 and it outshoots all my red dot pistols. The time to back on target is crazy cuz recoil is so low and smooth (relative to the others I mean, including heavy full sized metal pistols). Grip is slick on the sides so I put talon grips on both q1 and x-caliber. Global ordnance is the place that sells grand power pistols in the US. Newer version are optic ready and are called mark 23 which means designed in 2023. Old version is mark 12 which means designed in 2012 and are not optic ready. Mark 12 are half price of mark 23. I only shoot single action fwiw and never used the da.
