Are you legal? I wish anyone asking for a "private party only" deal would state this up front since it's the first thing any potential seller should ask anyway.

Sorry, Yes I am legal. I would just rather stay of any government confiscation list, should it ever come to that. My criminal record would show a seat belt ticket and that's about it.
