Washington Spokane murder suspect should have been in jail on gun charge

Multiple felon recidivist scumbag on probation gets popped with warrants and a gun. Prosecutors miss the 72 hr deadline to charge him so he's released. Murders someone with a gun on Sunday.

Maybe instead of burdening the law abiding with more do nothing laws, we use our existing justice system to keep scum locked up?

What sucks is it sounds like there was a DOC felony warrant, which is a no-bail warrant. Looks like the county didn't clear it and let him go. Thats a dumb mistake because a DOC warrant is an easy book.

I'm surprised that POS Attorney General we have isn't crying his eyes out trying to use this as another stepping stone in the theft of our rights.

Would that have been for parole violation?... We don't enforce those anymore!
