Lee-Enfield aka Enfield Pattern 14, see British acceptance marks in photo.
Sporterized to .375 H&H, 26" barrel
I am no expert, but I believe this particular item was manufactured by Remington for Enfield per markings "E R A."

ERA = Eddystone Remington Arms. So it was made at the Eddystone plant.

Not c&r eligible due to the extensive modifications.

Taken directly from the atf website:

"Any firearm that is at least 50 years old, and in its original configuration, would qualify as a C&R firearm."
