Here we have a pretty nice model 41 Smith & Wesson chambered in .22 long rifle. This is the 7 1/2" barrel, it is equipped with the barrel compensator on the end of the barrel.
Comes with one original 10 round magazine, bluing is very nice overall. No rust.
I am pretty sure this one was manufactured in 1972
Rear sight has a small dent in it. (REAR SIGHT HAS BEEN REPLACED)
On the left side of the trigger housing it has a small blemish in the finish. See photo
This one comes with a fancy wood box. The box doesn't have any type of insert in it.

Thanks for the heads up. We've exchanged PMs and it looks like a done deal. I've wanted one of these for 60 years or so. I used to bury myself in the S&W section of the Shooter's Bible and Gun Digest. I never seem to hit the right deal at the right time. This takes care if that little issue.
