Siteglo paint on gun sights? Does it work?

Who has experience with siteglow paint on their sights. How did it work? I have contrast sights/night sights on my pistols and was interested in using some of this on a near dead night sight sig. I know it's only $10.00 a tube but I thought ask for input before I wasted the $$.

First try some typewriter correction fluid, like "White-Out"! It works great at holding light---each cellulose fiber is a light-pipe. It's really bright in near darkness, easy to apply and touch up, and cleans off with any gun cleaning solvent. I have it on almost all of my guns......................elsullo
