Single Shot adaptation of semi auto (e.g., Springfield SASS)??

Some of you have probably seen the Springfield SASS

There was also the Tanfoglio/EAA Thor.

These are/were based on the 1911 frame.

What I am interested in is a single shot, break action, interchangeable barrel pistol that can shoot 5.56, 7.62x39 and/or 5.7x28

Yes there is the T/C Contender and Encore, but those are expensive frames. For the cost, a person could buy a rifle?

Am I missing other adaptations? Something that fits a Glock frame perhaps?

I'm not aware of any single shot rifle cartridge conversions, all the ones I can think of are more of a PCC deal.
