These tools came from an estate sale.

I'm throwing them all together just because it's easier to list them.
They are all new in package with instructions. I just laid them out for the picture.
The black item with the silver locking ring is a mystery to me and I suspect has to be some sort of reloading die part.

The black item referred to is likely the holder for those mandrels when used to expand necks.

You're right. I looked up Sinclair's web site and they show it along with the other items. I also found the special lube that's recommended to use with it. Their list price is $89.99 just the neck turning tool kit.
