It is - both right handed and 4-5 o'clock.

Nothing I didn't like about the holster, I just didn't like carrying in that 4-5 position. I've carried appendix for 5+ years and going back to that 4-5 position just felt like I was always checking to see if I was printing/the weight back there opposed to up front just felt foreign. Probably didn't give it enough time but just replaced my appendix holster and no longer need this
