This guy has a ton of really good Sig P320 and P365 videos. One of his most recent, is showing the operation of the P320 manual safety and how it works. I enjoyed it, maybe you will too.

He also offers a manual safety kit that allows you to modify your FCU to accept a manual safety. Had this been available at the time I had my FCU's converted, I would have bought it instead of spending time and money and the hassle of shipping them out to be modded.
