If by complicated you mean drive from Lake Oswego to an FFL in Vancouver, okay, I guess it is.

Yes, it is that simple people. I've said this in a different post too. On a private party handgun sale, the seller from one state can drive the gun to an FFL in the state of residency of the buyer. It is completely legal and I have done it on multiple occasions.

Even easier with a long gun. Out of state buyers can do the transfer at an out of state FFL legally.
 
Thank you for the information! Doesn't change the fact that I live in Oregon and I'm the seller. Don't want to drive to Vancouver and don't want to deal with possible out of state snafus.
