A few of my recent finds.

Got a couple more auto's. One is OTF for south paw Wife. Other is a SOG for me. I hate using any knife I keep as back up for all the daily things its handy to have a knife for. So bought this one for that. Its small enough not to be noticed, can be easily opened so as not to let others see its auto. That way they don't freak out. Still US made and very nice. I have been a kid in a candy store since I found out we could have these again here. :D

Oregon?

You guys have been able to have them for a long time. In WA when I would look at sites that sold knives all the auto's were marked in red with you had to prove you were an LEO to order them. No idea when it went away as I had stopped bothering to look. Member here told me it was no longer like that and recommended Blade HQ. He was right, the restriction was no longer there and I have been like a kid in a toy store ever since. :D

A new sword for me.
Bought it as new old stock for a screaming deal.
Handles nicely , hefty , but well balanced and cuts like the dickens.

It is a Windlass Steelcrafts Falchion...circa 1250.
A discontinued model
Weighs in at 2 1/2 pounds
And has a 28 inch blade....carbon steel. ( either 1065 or 1095 ) ..and very sharp ( now that I sharpened it )
Full tang...and this is a usable sword... not a wall hanger.
Also has a leather scabbard.

Reminds me of Knights of the roundtable. Maybe of the same vintage :)
