At 5'2" you are probably going to be happiest in a youth stock. They are sized for teen boys. shorter length of pull, shorter length of trigger reach [ for smaller hands and a lower comb height so you are not stretching you neck to get your eyes aligned with the sights.
Its hard to make a recommendation on what caliber or rifle without knowing what you expect to be shooting.
Would a Pistol Caliber Carbine make you happy? or are you likely to be hunting and need a flatter shooting caliber? Or something in-between? Maybe a lever gun that is between the two and give you the ability to shoot out to a couple hundred yards.
With a little more input you may get better or more focused answers. Good Luck DR

Thank you for all of the great advice!
For your height I would go a budget AR-15 or Mini 14 in .223/5.56. those calibers are also about the least expensive high-power rifle rounds to acquire, which will enable you to get more practice in.
I don't know Oregon hunting laws, but if this rifle will double as a deer hunting gun, and you are O.K. with a bolt action rifle, the Ruger American Ranch rifle in 7.62x39 or .300 B.O. will work good up to 200 yard shots.
If you need a little bit more power and range, then a Ruger American in .243 or 6.5 creedmore will do that, and the ammo won't be super expensive or harder recoiling like some other cartridge's.
I think .308 Winchester might be too much of a power jump, given your size, and upgrade from a .22 LR cartridge.
Other factors would be you age, physical condition and intended use, as others have pointed out.
