Shooting on private property in Clark County?

We are considering buying some property behind Camas.
Anybody know the rules for shooting firearms on your private property around here?
I'm going to try calling the sheriff on Monday, too.

There is a map on the County website that shows where the firearm restriction area is. I can't remember the link but it wasn't easy to find. You do need to be outside of the "City of Camas" and the "City of Vancouver". If you are far out in Clark County then you are probably OK.

Turn on "Administrative Boundaries" under "Current Map" (top toward the left), the go to the left side panel and click the box that says "Firearm Restrictions". You can then see the whole county or enter a specific address under the "Find Parcel" tab. It takes a little getting used to, but it is a pretty interesting tool."
