Shipping hazardous material

I want to sell some primers and some brass that has primers. You can ship ammunition without calling it hazardous material.
When you ship primers as hazardous material the shipping cost badly eats into the sale price. Is there anyway around these terrible shipping costs?

I can't answer your overall question, but primed brass is not considered hazmat.

Your other option is to sell locally, if your location is correct, you are in a pretty populated area and should be pretty easy to sell if the price is appropriate.

Primers in brass is not HAZMAT, only "ORMD".

Primers in primer sleeves is HAZMAT. Weird huh? Yeah.

Find a work around ? Or sell locally.
