This gun shoots amazing! Total shot maybe 800 rounds. Zero malfunction since upgrading to EGW internals, also ported. Altas tool less guide rod, Alta's med trigger shoes, magwell, nighthawk thumbs safety, grip safety, 10-8 slide release, I think that it. Amazing gun bought a XC recently so don't really shoot this any more. Asking $1600 with optics, I would reduce the price if you don't want the optic to $1400.

How much do you think you have in upgrades to the pistol minus the optic

Idk a lot. I've replaced everything but the slide , frame and barrel. To be honest I like 45acp and 1911's. But short barrel for a big round , idk…

I guess if I had to estimate about $600 - $700 not including the port or the optic.

If you want to shoot it let me know, I'm always looking for a new shooting friend. I'm pretty new to Oregon, only been here 5 years.
