I'm sorry if this question is answered before but I couldn't find it. My friend (live in Washington) wants to buy my handgun but I live in Oregon. Can I just meet him at a gun shop in WA to do the transfer? or I need to have my local dealer to ship the gun to a WA dealer? Thank you
