Today's absurd news story comes from a Boston elementary school, where a kick to the testicles in self defense is considered "inappropriate touching". Only in the public school system could anyone be serious about this.

It's a good thing the kid did not have a picture of a gun in his pocket. It could have gotten real ugly.
