The Sig Tango MSR comes with there Alpha MSR Mount. I am wondering if there is an option to switch the bolts to qd levers like the ones the Warne qd mounts have?

I don't know if I'd call the Warne mount a true QD, they're basically just nuts (or bolts, can't tell) that can be tightened by hand. You can buy those type of lever nuts and bolts. You'd just need to measure the size and order accordingly.

Perfect. Where would one go to order these? Brownells perhaps?
I don't know if many firearms stores will have them or not. I just know you can get them. Some specialty hardware stores will carry them. I usually get that kind of stuff from McMaster-Carr (https://www.mcmaster.com/products/cam-levers/) but other places online will have them. You'll just have to find the right size.

I don't have a Sig scope mount so I don't know the exact hardware type you'll need based on their design: Bolt/Stud or Nut/Threaded Hole. Grainger also carries that type of thing: https://www.grainger.com/category/m...ning/machine-handles/cam-handles-for-machines

Thank you for the replies. This is very helpful. I'll look to see if I can find something that works and post an updated pic of the scope mount.
