I have a 7.62 and 5.45 that I've been wanting to do a conversion on for a while. I planned on doing it myself, but live in a condo now and don't have the work space or tools at hand.

good place to go in the greater seattle area? cost? I prefer northend

I did mine in my office at my house this weekend with a hammer, punch, cordless drill and a Dremel tool. A can of semi-gloss black engine enamel is a good thing to have too. That's it. You can do it yourself easily.
