Can LAR Grizzly Mk V with 44 magnum conversion kit be reamed to 429 DE magnum?

Considering of buying a LAR Grizzly Mk V 50AE with a 44 magnum conversion kit(uses same slide as 50AE) and having the barrel reamed to shoot 429 DE magnum rounds(factory loads 210/240 grains). What are your opinions about this?

I don't have any thoughts on the conversion, but I have fired one in 45 Win Mag and loved it! If I had the opportunity to own one I'd go for it :)
