Will I need a permit to purchase this gun? I am currently in Vancouver Washington.

If you have a WA CPL it goes quicker. Without one they make you wait for up to several days while they run a check and they hold the gun. I'm not sure what the upper limit of the wait time is, the only time I bought without was pretty quick (hours) but I've heard stories of longer waits taking a week or so.
