The cylinder on my 19-3 does not turn smoothly when closed. It's also hard to close, and she has about a 40lb trigger pull on most chambers. Bent ejector rod and pin, yoke? The action works fine without the cylinder installed.

Wow, only finger tight. I accidentally unscrewed it.
It's finger tight again, and still dragging like my kids on Monday morning!
