It looks like it is a 1981 model with the J8xxxxx serial number. The white looking line on the edge of the box is light reflection.

The original sticker is on the side of the box also with the serial number and other codes.

Lowered the price to $550. Going down the South Coast this weekend and back up I5 from Southern Oregon if anybody down South is interested but doesn't want to travel.
Also some trades I might be interested in:
Ruger 10/22 stainless Talo edition(Mannlicher stock) plus cash on your side.
Marlin 60 stainless plus cash on your side. Wood stock.
S&W Model 617 with the combat grips and box. I will add cash. I know it is a reach but gotta ask. There was one on here a couple of months ago.
