While rimfires are exempt the problem you have with these is the high cap mags. If it's 10 round then all is well.

Any semi auto can be kept in Washington state so long as they're obtained before that stupid law took effect, that is, grandfathered. However, they cannot be inherited, transferred or put up for sale in any form inside Washington state, but they can be transferred or sold to out of state; might add, once they are out of state, no matter what, if I recall right, they cannot be returned even if they're not being sold or turned to another party.

Factoid on this rifle. It accepts most standard AR triggers. On mine I put an echo sport binary trigger (have to remove the trigger lock for it to work).

Rimfire is excluded. Magazine ban can be the issue as High cap mags are banned regardless of caliber. Not all dealers have read the laws thoroughly but those who have will transfer these.
