Ruger SR series pistol compatibility questions.

I put a deposit on a used Ruger SR40 pistol today and was interested in what barrels and slides are interchangeable.

It looks like a factory SR9 barrel will fit in the SR40 slide and mags interchange in frame.

Will an SR9c or SR40c slide fit and function on the SR40 frame?

Will an SR40 or SR9 slide fit and function on a compact frame?

There are lots of cheap compact slides and parts on ebay. Haven't found any good deals on SR9 barrel, yet.
