This is a ruger charger takedown with side folder and pistol brace added its model 4924 with some upgrades have shot 50rds threw it suppressed it's pretty cool but nothing I need so looking to trade it for something more useful to me

Nope, the blade is legally a brace, and not a stock

As said above it is not an sbr it is a wannabe it's a ruger charger pistol with a pistol brace but if u wanted u could convert it to a sbr after you filled out the correct paper work
