Testing the water mostly, over the past year or so I have been chipping at this slowly putting different parts into this. This started at base as a 10.5 ruger 5.56 pistol. I have done a lot and treasure this rifle but I am paying off some debt and need the funds, I know a pawn shop will low ball me. Optics or magnifier would not be included. Transfer fees would be on your end. Kind of a Frankenstein build, but a good one.
