I see red eagle grip medallions on both panels. Are these after market or a special factory application
for that certain model. My first model is a standard and has the red eagle on one panel. Cool gun you
have there sir.

The grips on the pistol are the current models.
The ones in the photo with the range bag are the originals with BLACK MEDALLIONS

You are welcome, I also finally found a list of all the grips that Ruger put on these pistols.
Several variations!!
I had no idea there were so many grips but since they started in 1949
it makes sense.
