Its a 22/45 MKIII Target Model. Has the Tactical Solutions Pac-Lite (non-threaded) barrel on it. I figure the value of a 22/45 MKIII pistol to be around $300 used with the factory barrel. That Pac-Lite barreled receiver was around $289 I believe new. Has the S&W SWP222 pistol scope on it. The scope was $189. Very clean unit with a very low round count. I'd say less that 350. Comes with a Bulldog soft case, the original case and barrel and 1 mag. The OEM barrel has aftermarket sights on it. $550

Does it come with both uppers?

My FFL will do it for $20. Most other FFL's will take advantage and call it two as they charge for each serial number.
