P&S Carbine rail (P&S took over for KAC on producing the drop in m4 rails. They're still high quality and the military used them. Same materials and specs. There is a ton of info about it online)

In great condition, probably about 700-800 rounds through it. Upper was taken care of, rifiling is still crisp
