Do you know the barrel length..and whether this upper will mate with any standard AR15 lower?

It's a 9 inch Chrome Moly barrel. 1/9 twist. I think the lower can be swopped for a standard. It's the same as any other lower, just capped where the buffer spring assembly would be.
