Rifle Refinishing (Coating)

I have a Ruger 10/22 All Weather that was about 10 years old or so. I decided to rebuild this rifle into something a little more interesting. So I replaced every single part on it and the only original item is the receiver. Right now my receiver is a light gray color and the barrel is matte black. I would like to refinish the rifle to be all the same color. I know there are several refinishing/coating options.

What I am looking for is durable, yet cost effective. This is a range only rifle so it does not need to hold up to serious abuse.

Does anyone have any recommendation for a product as well as a shop/individual that can do it? I am looking for in Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis counties.
