Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Mon - Fri transfers by appointment
Long Gun Fee: $25.00 first firearm $10.00 ea additional
Hand Gun Fee: $15.00 multi handgun fee
NICS Fee: $10.00 FFL Form #4473
Other Fee: $50.00 NFA Transfer
Needed to get an FFL to transfer a couple rifles. Pulled David's name off GunBroker and the experience was very nice. Very timely response to emails, convenient hours. Because of the current backlog, 4473 approval took about 40 minutes and I really enjoyed chatting with him. He's an FAL enthusiast and had a lot of good stories and experience to share about firearms, the local scene, and FALs (which is not my particular thing but I enjoyed learning about them).
I thought his price was reasonable compared to other FFL transfer prices I've seen. He's not running a retail store (business is out of his house) so it's by appointment, but he offered me quite a few different times to pick from. One rifle arrived about 10 days before the second and he was happy to hold it should I could do both at once to save money.
All in all, a good experience and I would certainly use him again/recommend.
